The Houwzer Convenience Offer program gives you a firm offer on your old home, as a backup offer that you can use to move forward with confidence and show to mortgage lenders if needed.  The offer is based on our agent's assessment of your home’s fair market value, and the offer will be slightly below market value to cover any additional transfer taxes and transaction costs if you close on the offer and Houwzer buys your home.  While holding our offer, Houwzer Listing agents work to sell your home for maximum value on the market. You can use our offer only when you want or need to.

“Eligible Properties” are 1 – 4 family real estate properties (including condominium units) located in US that satisfy following criteria (in the reasonable opinion of the Lender):

● acquisition cost of such Eligible Property is not less than $200,000 and not more than $2.5 million.
● no liens exist on the Eligible Property, other than customary permitted liens, along with the Purchase Right and the rights of Borrower’s customer as occupant.
● has not been rendered uninhabitable due to flood, first, hurricane, tornado, windstorm or other major disaster or otherwise by governmental authority.
● has a clear title commitment or a replacement clear title commitment.
