Are there any limits?

Since we’re paying $1,000 up front when you sign a listing contract, we do have a few requirements. This offer is for primary residences that we value over $200k in our new Chester County service area. The listing must remain active with Houwzer through sale or for 30 days after listing, and the owner must allow for at least two open houses if Houwzer desires. Our offer will run through the end of the year or while supplies last.

How well do you know the area?

While we’re expanding our office location to Chester, our team has been assisting homeowners there for quite some time and know the area well. Our experienced regional team of Realtors is led by veteran, Jason Matthews, who has been servicing clients in Chester County for over 15 years, so rest assured – you’re in good hands.
